Open Position: Supply Chain Clerk
On-site Work Location: North Logan, UT
At Spartronics, the Supply Chain Clerk receives/issues kits and/or ships material for all business needs. They also maintain accurate records of material transactions.
Essential Job Functions
Executes inventory transactions and receives incoming inventoryAudits inventory for accuracyPrepares kits for production along with shortages and production suppliesPerforms forklift responsibilitiesShips products to customersShips waybill preparation FEDEX/UPSPhysically moves inventory components as requiredRequirements:
The experience we're looking for to add to the team:
High school diploma or GED1 - 3 years of related work experienceBasic computer skills including Microsoft OfficeHigh level of attention to detailGood verbal and written communicationWork well in a team environmentKnowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (preferred)Forklift experience (preferred)Ability and certification to drive company vehicles (preferred)All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. We can not provide sponsorship.Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
Work Schedule
The planned schedule is a 4-day/10-hour workweekShift 1: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
