Description:
Primarily responsible for the proper boxing of finished wheelchairs, accessories and related products for worldwide shipment. Responsible for compliance to Quality Systems Regulation (QSR).

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for knowing the proper methods and procedures to disassemble and package accessories and related products.Responsible for reading finished product work orders to verify: Proper product and all order accessories are included for shipment.May be required to obtain forklift operators certification.Responsible for reporting on a variety of matters such as scrap, safety, training, attendance, purchase orders, etc.Participates in a self-managed team. Assumes specific responsibilities on a rotating basis for activities/items such as team representative, team indicators, team meeting minutes, etc.Responsible for following all applicable safety/housekeeping guidelines. Performs necessary preventative maintenance.Responsible for following all CTPAT rules and regulations. May work on special projects and work in other Materials areas as assigned.
Qualication:

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred0 - 1 year related experience and/or training in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer knowledge preferred.
