Job Summary
The Senior Director Store Support & Compliance is a key leader responsible for overseeing the operational performance of all company owned store locations, while also leading the Store Support and Compliance function. The Senior Director Store Support & Compliance partners with other leaders in the Central Operations team to drive store efficiency, increase store productivity and increase store profitability by providing management tools and resources to support Market Managers and Store Managers in the field.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop specialists across three primary functions: Store Performance, Store Support and Workforce Planning.Develop management tools and resources, to be used by store operations leaders, to drive store efficiency, productivity and profitability.Track and monitor qualitative and quantitative effectiveness of management tools and consistently stive for continuous improvement.Work collaboratively to incorporate management tools and resources into the Operating Blueprint.Oversee the development of training curriculum, to train users on the use of management tools and resources.Work along side field leadership to ensure management tools and resources are adopted and driving desired financial, operational and customer outcomes.Monitor and ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures and management tools.Identify implementation and compliance gaps at store, region and division level and work closely with field leadership to remediate these gaps, across all company owned stores.Measure and report all key compliance metrics to field leadership and executive leadership team.Support store network by identifying and removing administrative tasks from the field and centralizing into the Store Support function.Lead Workforce Planning initiatives to drive labor efficiency and productivity.Develop and communicate rule based guidelines for assignment of labor, based on clear financial and operational criteria.Analyzes and interprets the markets profit and loss statements and inventory reports to identify and implement strategies to improve operation performance.Produce accurate and timely financial reports and projections in conjunction with FPA and Field Leadership.Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive profitability across all Company Owned Store locations.Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive work environment and drive retention.Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.Data Driven: Proven ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Operational Excellence: Ensures consistent execution of operational standards to maximize store performance and efficiency.Talent Leadership Development: Cultivates a high-performing workforce through coaching, development, and effective team leadership.Customer Experience Focus: Champions initiatives that enhance the in-store customer experience and drives satisfaction.Financial & Business Acumen: Manages budgets and operational metrics to achieve profitability and sustain growth.Proficiency in operational tools, inventory management systems, and reporting software.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail store operations with multi-unit management experience

Physical Demands / Working Environment
Work conducted in office, retail stores, and customer site environments.Frequent periods standing/walking in unairconditioned facilities and retail stores.Exposed to vibrations and dust, with noise level at moderate to low decibels.Must be able to lift twenty-five pounds at times.Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.Regularly required to use hands and fingers, and handle or feel objects.Other physical tasks required include pushing, reaching, climbing, and stooping.Local and air travel up to 40% of time to perform duties.
