SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

At LAWA, the Senior Administrative Clerk (SAC) assigned to the Facilities Support section serves as coordinator for Utility Shutdown Requests (USR). Duties include logging/data entry, proofreading, editing, routing, and archiving contractor's and internal USRs.

The selected candidate responds to inquiries from internal and external customers related to USRs. Also, the SAC maintains a database of USRs by updating and tracking USRs, cancellations, and rescheduled requests.

Additionally, the SAC provides administrative support to Shutdown Control Unit and works closely with the Airports Maintenance Superintendent.
